Within our modern offices we employ 6 internal sales engineers. With the very large product range Samson has to offer, some of our engineers have tended to specialise in industrial process control and others in building services products. Your call, when received by our switchboard, will be put through to any available engineer all of which should be able to answer your question. For very complex enquiries you may ultimately be transferred to "the most knowledgeable" in that field.
